Not a fan of having a Church apply for a trademark, but I suppose if he meant to publish books under that Church's name, I can see a trademark being required.
He was just trying to make money by publishing under Churchs name. Since their Church wasn't tax-exempt i understand why all the books were destroyed. If US doesnt think you are a real church you have to at least get trademark for the books you publish under Churchs name
destroying books...nazi germany did that during world war 2 did they not? and to as why they were initially tax exempt and then have that status removed? from the presentation it sounded like the decision was race based
